Just enter an order on our website and we will issue a proforma invoice for the gear including possible freight costs. Rest assured payment to seller is held by us until you have taken delivery and accepted the items.

Please note that orders placed here on our web always take precedence, if you are keen for an item do not hesitate to order it. Orders can be amended and also cancelled in the My-Account sction.
No, we do not accept payment by card or PayPal.
Prices are only valid for payment is by bank transfer into our client escrow account. Upon item reception and approval by the Buyer, we will release the payment to the Sellers account. Prepayment invoices are valid for three banking days. We reserve the right to open the item for other buyers if proof of payment is not presented after this period.
Payment in a currency that differs from the currency on the invoice may incur extra charges.

To buy on Gearwise you need to fill out your company details including delivery address and phone number. We need this to be able to serve you in the best possible way to avoid delays and shipping problems.
The Seller guarantees that the item listed is in working condition, unless otherwise is specifically stated, and that the description of the item listed is truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Always contact us if you have any questions regarding the condition of an item before purchasing.
Payment & Pricing
All sales are prepayment, all item prices are exclusive of VAT, import duties and shipping cost. VAT is chargeable to all European customers who are not registered for VAT in their own country. VAT is not chargeable to any customer outside EU or to customers within the EU who are registered for VAT in their own country.
When you add an item to the cart, unless marked “Local pickup”, you will receive a proforma invoice that includes freight costs.
Base currency is Euro [EUR] with the final exchange rate to be determined on the day of invoicing. Prices are subject to availability and change.
We will find the best shipping price and include this in the prepayment invoice, with freight insurance (1% of item value, minimum €14). Let us know if you prefer to ship the item via your own forwarder, if you do, please understand that the liability is yours for possible damage or lost goods.
Shipping & Delivery
Upon notification that payment has been received the Seller will ready the item for collection or shipment as soon as possible. All expenses related to delivery of a purchased item will be paid by the Buyer. This includes any shipping cost, freight insurance, import duty or customs fees. Purchased items need to be inspected for shipment damage by the Buyer upon taking delivery. In case of apparent shipping damage the Buyer needs to place a transit damage claim with the forwarder before accepting the goods.
Important: If you require delivery before a specific date, you must let us know in advance. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. At checkout, there is an option to select express shipping.
Insurance: Our standard terms does not include full insurance coverage of the transport. The Buyer must request full insurance at extra cost if this is required.
Returns & Warranty
If the item is not in working condition as described in the Seller’s description, or, if the item has been damaged in shipping due to improper packaging by Seller, the Buyer has the right to return the item for repair, replacement or refund by the Seller. In order to be eligible for a return and refund the Buyer needs to contact Gearwise within 72 hours of reception. All shipping costs for the return of an item will be paid by the Buyer unless the item has been damaged due to improper packaging, or if the item is not in working condition as described in the Seller’s description, in which case the cost of the returns shipment shall be covered by the Seller.
